Great advice, great price at Yarnton Decorating Ltd.
As time and colour has changed, so has Yarnton Decorating ltd. Established in 1906, the business started out as a paint contracting firm, with 75 to 100 employees, working for Mr. William Yarnton. In 1954, Yarnton opened the retail store on old South Railway Avenue, now called Saskatchewan Drive. The business has seen a few partnerships over the years. In 1983, Bill Turbuck took over from his father and has built on the continued success of the Yarnton name.
In 1990, the firm bought the building where it is presently located - 1430 McIntyre Street. The store has 9000 square feet of space. Yarnton's is the largest dealer of wall-paper in Saskatchewan, with over 3000 square feet devoted to this section of the store. The professional, qualified staff of over eight employees name customer service and satisfaction as their number one priority. Yarnton's carries all the new fashion trends and new patterns to give the customer the latest in decorating ideas and choices. At Yarnton's, their slogan of "Great Advice, Great Price," says it all.
